Logan Integrated Network Combining Strengths (LINCS)
Lifeline Logan is a member of the Logan Integrated Network Combining Strengths (LINCS), which is a collaborative group of community services who have established a partnership in order to improve the organisational capacity and viability of member services and to enhance service delivery to the people of Logan City.
Membership of LINCS also includes:
- Kingston East Neighbourhood Group Inc (KENG) www.keng.org.au
- Lifeline Logan www.lifelinelogan.org.au
- Loganlea Community Centre www.loganleacommunitycentre.org.au
LINCS aims to enhance referral pathways for clients in Logan City, reduce duplication, strengthen partnerships and improve the efficient use of resources by:
- Establishing referral and service protocols between agencies;
- Developing consistent web based information pages that provide a link to other relevant organisations;
- Translating information brochures into various languages; and
- Developing MOU’s that promote a concept of mentoring and the sharing of resources (including joint training, policies and shared use of equipment).
