We will treat you with courtesy and we will work with you on the things that matter to you.
We will provide you with the best service possible and help you to achieve your goals.
Your Responsibilities
As a client of the service, we ask that you treat workers and other people in the service with respect and dignity.
You can do this by letting us know if you need to change your appointment. You can also help by letting us know your thoughts about the service you received by filling in the next page and giving it to the Receptionist or your Counsellor.
